- Visitors with strollers are welcome to visit the Empire State Building. However, they must be able to fold up the strollers in our observatory areas.
- Carrying sharp objects such as knives and explosives such as fireworks etc, is strictly prohibited.
- Glass, markers, alcohol, luggage, costume masks, and musical intruments are prohibited on the observation deck.
- Before accessing the building, everyone is required to pass through a security check.
- As there are no locker facilities, individuals are liable for their own belongings.
