The Reserve Ticket provides a reserved E-Ticket check in time and access to the 102nd & 86th floor observation decks. Our reimagined 102nd floor offers unmatched, floor-to-ceiling views stretching up to 80 miles on a clear day. This also includes the Empire State Building Story on your way to the top.
