The Reserve Ticket provides a reserved E-Ticket check-in time. With the Sunset Experience, you get to enjoy stunning panoramic views of the New York skyline during sunset. This reservation grants you access to the 86th floor observatory, where you can bask in the golden hour, while also getting 360-degree views of New York. This also includes the Empire State Building Story on your way to the top. Located on the 2nd and 80th floors, exhibits are open to all ticket holders.
